The Liam: Energy-Efficient and Spacious

Located at 7513 Pheasant Run Court, The Liam at Hunters Ridge is a four-bedroom, two-story home with two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. It offers 2,769 square feet of living space and a spacious two-car garage. 

The functional first floor features a modern kitchen, a great room, a study, a pantry, and a half bath. It also has a mudroom that connects directly to the garage.

As you transition upstairs, you’ll find a primary bedroom with an en suite and a large walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms feature walk-in closets, providing plenty of storage space. The fourth bedroom has a standard closet.

Along with the en suite for the primary bedroom, the second floor also contains a second full bathroom and a laundry room. By placing the laundry room upstairs, John Henry Homes designers eliminate the need to constantly haul clothes up and down the stairs, which can become tedious.

The Liam at Hunters Ridge offers a good mix of convenience, proximity to major roads, and privacy. The secluded setting and the surrounding woodlands can make it feel as though you are far away from the big city, but a convenient commute to Downtown Cincinnati makes it easy to get where you need to be. 

Proximity to Local Retail and Grocery

Hunters Ridge is conveniently located near a plaza with numerous retail stores and is just 3.6 miles away from Meijer and the attached Meijer Pharmacy. The plaza also features a Longhorn Steakhouse, McDonald’s, drive-through ATM, and Kohl’s. If you venture a little further into Dent, you can access stores like Lowe’s and Sam’s Club. 

Just 20 Minutes From Cincinnati’s Vibrant Downtown

The Liam is roughly 15.5 miles from downtown Cincinnati. The drive will take about 20 minutes on average, but it can vary depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. Along the way, you can access popular destinations like the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden and local restaurants. 

Zoned for the Northwest School District

The Liam is zoned for schools within the Northwest School District. Hunters Ridge is located less than 30 minutes away from several public schools, including Northwest High School.
